四點設計 Contact to Kóng Thàu Thàu for cooperation
“Kóng Thàu Thàu” is a Taiwanese interactive platform. We guide users in learning contemporary expressions in the Taiwanese language. Digital interactive technology is integrated in the design of a voice-activated camera filter suitable for use across various language contexts. Through social media, we hope to bring the Taiwanese language and culture even more deeply into modern life.
Nowadays, most people think of the Taiwanese language as vulgar or laughable. However, a language culture of significance should not be restricted to some stereotypical impressions. In addition to the preservation of the Taiwanese language, we want the language to continue to develop and keep up-to-date.
We've selected popular expressions commonly used by the younger generation, asked language experts about unique phrases in Taiwanese that are synonyms. Then, we designed camera filters with dynamic stickers matching the sentiments of the words. When the words are spoken, visual effects and interactions will be created. The captured pictures and videos can then be shared on social media.
When you see words that you can’t pronounce, can’t translate, or simply don’t understand, you can post questions directly on the platform to ask other users of Kóng Thàu Thàu. Or, perhaps you might even know the answer to other people’s questions. Through exchange in social groups, we hope to facilitate the creation of more popular Taiwanese phrases and expressions.
