At present, most of the animal shelters in Taiwan are set up in the suburbs with inaccessible and inconvenient traffic. The number of dogs in the shelters continues to exceed the load. Such a crowded environment will not only keep the dogs in a tight state, but also increase the workload of the staff, to the extent where there’s no time to take care of the condition of each dog.
“woonderland” dog relay station hopes to be set up in the suburbs of various districts in a modular form so that the dog can be checked and graded nearby, and the dogs that are temporarily unsuitable for adoption are transferred to more suitable counseling agencies, implementing appropriate sheltering and fully utilizing resources. We also add in technical counseling through the database obtained from smart monitoring to carry out habitual matching, to help adopters find more suitable pets, to increase the rate of adoption and flow.
