Mullet roe is regarded as the gold of the sea, its appearance is an auspicious orange-red. Therefore, mullet roe is one of the delicacies of the Chinese New Year reunion. The mullet roe produced in Taiwan which has good quality is often used as a gift, but the recipients usually don't know how to cook it. The design is a set of utensils for wine-burning mullet roe. In addition to creating a sense of ritual, it also allows the recipient to safely experience the classic delicacy of wine-burning mullet roe with Kinmen Sorghum.
We incorporate the image of lucky fortune into the shape of the utensils. During the brewing process, it means that it will become more and more prosperous. It can also be placed in a corner of the home in the form of a cornucopia to bless the family with more than prosperity.
